1. Exchange Policy
We promise that the goods delivered to our customers are 100% genuine and still within the expiry date.
- Time to exchange goods within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. And 3 days for the orders in store
- When you want to exchange goods, please contact us with product photos.
- Returned goods must be guaranteed to be intact, unused and not damaged due to subjective factors of the user.
2. Regulations on exchange
- Exchange due to customer demand: the product must have the original stamp, label, and seal of the manufacturer. The customer will bear the shipping fee.
- Due to damaged shipping and packaging or wrong product delivery: 100% replacement will be given to customers.
- For defective products from the manufacturer, we apply to exchange for another product of equal value. Note, we do not offer refunds.
